Shut it off, dry it up and let it sit in a bag of rice overnight.
If it's still messed up cough up $200 for a replacement thru Apple.

In the time it took you to make this post, you could have just used the forum search feature and found your answer.
My boss has dropped his in the toilet, dried it out for a few days, and it works fine. Also has it washed through the washer, dried it out a few days, and it works fine.
Just dry it out, don't put it in the sun directly, but just let it dry completely. There is a chance it will work; but it might not, then you need a new one.

Hopefully you shut it off and didn't try and turn it on. Remove the SIM card, throw the phone in a bowl of rice and wait a few days. Then try.
You also don't have to get a replacement, you could always be phoneless
Uncooked rice, of course.
If you powered it on, you've probably fried it already.
