I dropped my 2018 MBP and now the screen is mostly blank (see attached pic). I can still use the computer by connecting it to an external display. I was wondering if there might be an easy way to fix this or if it is something more involved.

The LCD is physically damaged. Your easiest fix would be to replace the display assembly.

Assuming yours is a 15" model, this guide demonstrates the process.

Either replace the display (will cost a good deal of money)

Start shopping for a replacement.
