I am not sure if this has been asked before but searching couldn't find anything.

I have a MacBook using Parallels and a direct internet connection (ethernet) using DSL. When I load up Parallels I get a constant Mac Dialog box saying:
"IP Configuration
75.15.15.15 in use by <MAC ADDRESS>, DHCP Server 192.168.0.1"

And I hit ok, but it keeps popping up. Obviously what is happening here is that the IP addressed assigned to this computer is trying to be used by both the Mac OS and Parallels and a conflict occurs.

Please Help! I don't know how to solve this.

If your DHCP server is 192.168.0.1 it should not be handing out 75.15.15.15 as an address, but something in the 192.168.0.x range.

What IP address does OS X think it is using, and can you post screenshots of your Parallels configuration?

Go to internet sharing and share your ethernet conenction to En0 (or 1 or 2). Those will be the parallel network connections.
