Dual Airport Extreme + Express best setup?

I would like to ask you guys about how to set up dual Airport Extreme + Airport Express which is give the best wireless result?

I have attached a picture here about what I have planned but I don't know it works or not?

because I want to do a hardwire and get a full duplex of gigabit network. Also, use to stream HD content from iMac and I have do to a hardwire on 2 iMacs because of a render farm for my 3D Animation work.
