Dual Display Audio Question

I have a late 2009 Mini hooked up to my TV in the living room used mostly for plex. I would like to extend a dual display to the kitchen for web browing and also some Plex. My plan was to use a bluetooth headset for the audio but apparently Plex and bluetooth doesn't mix well. Any thought on how I can get audio the the second display and it be fairly easy for the wife/kids to swith it if need be. Thanks.
