Dual monitor configuration in Windows

I have a dual-monitor setup hooked up to OSX without any problems and I managed the same in Windows but with one small problem. My secondary monitor shows the desktop vertically and not horizontal like it should be. I've tried to adjust the ATI setting as well as my secondary monitor but I can't figure how to adjust the screen. Any suggestions would be helpful.

hm. I havnt had any problems. Right click on the desktop andgo to properties, i tihnk under settings you can look at the dal monitor set up. Yu might hace accidently flipped your external. Good luck.
