Hi,

Trying to set up my Mac Mini was dual operating systems.. although both of them are El Capitan - what I'm really after is the Mac Mini to have it set up so two people can log in (at different times..) and have there own iTunes/data etc on login - mainly this is because having looked at the sharing setup for iTunes it sounds like a total nightmare so I want to be able to run two totally separate iTune accounts (the iTunes accounts will be used to sync to two iPads and one iPhone)

I've partitioned the drive but I'm struggling to find how to get the Mac to treat the partition as a bootable device.. not seeing any real options on Boot Utility to do this?

I've found with key to press on start up to take me to the screen to select a drive... however it's only showing one drive.. it's not showing the partitioned drive

Ignore! Having done more research I've found that everything I want to do works by just having separate logins... which is a lot easier than trying to have two bootable partitions! :)
