Why aren't there any dual-SIM Androids with resolution greater than 480x800 and global 3G?

Because honestly these phones are targeted for india where people pay per second rather than per minute and many people have two different plans for the best price. Also 3G service flopped in India so thats why theres no point in putting a 3G antenna in there Mostly places around the world that have good 3G service have few customers with more than one plan and sell more high end phones with more processors and bigger batteries.
