Duet - no high res?

after research it appears Duet doesnt support higher than a 1024 ressy for Windows. pretty lame this wasnt pointed out in the app store before purchase!!!
 
Duet might display 1024x768 in the application on Windows. However when I right click on the desktop and select Screen Resolution I see two displays. I can change the resolution of the 2nd display all the way up to 2048x1536 for my iPad Mini 2nd gen. So try right clicking on your desktop to change the resolution...

thank you, yes, works, but what a faff. no instruction or obvious way to know. i would never have known this.

considering that, what a slow laggy and compressed response the app delivers. not impressed.
 
yeah, I feel like the reviews of this app are paid or something. Every time it gets updated it gets lots of press, and lots of sites going gaga over it. Last time that happened I bought it and it was barely usable - crashed constantly. Even after the updates finally came, the quality was so low it was barely usable as a second screen to reference a document. Buyer beware.
