Other Dumb Question about Apple Upgrade progrma

So I tried to pre-order through Verizon website like I always do but my employer discount wouldn't allow me to do that (never been a problem before).

So in a fit of rage, I went to Apple.com and did their Barclays option. Did I get apple upgrade program or just a credit card through a 3rd party?
