After entering the following below contact details I get a duplicated one in my address book in Outlook.com account. Maybe it's an Outlook issue or an iOS issue.

Here is what my contact format looks like from the native Phone contact app.

First Name: Company Inc
Last Name: left blank
Company Name: left blank
Home/fax: number of Company Inc
Email: CompanyInc@abc.com

Then when Done, it synchronizes to my Outlook mail client Address Book and shows as duplicate.

Now I managed to delete the other line or entry and now is fine.

Is this an iOS or Outlook issue?

Is it syncing with iCloud? Or with multiple email accounts?
I found that after the last several updates to iOS and (now the) MacOS, I ended up with duplicates across the board - with Outlook, which was pulling my Contact list from my iPhone / iCloud account and which in turn was duplicating Contacts on the iPhone and my Mac. Other email services used my Contacts, so had the same result - I ended up with 3 copies of each Contact in Outlook.
I contacted Apple on this - they looked at my Contacts on the Mac and couldn't figure it out. Beyond telling me try and Merge the offending addresses (insofar as that was 448 Contacts x 3, that wasn't gonna happen), they admitted it was an unknown bug.
I disconnected the iCloud sync from my Mac and cleaned up that mess, while I did a major rebuild of my Contacts on iCloud (don't even get me started) and that seemed to sort out the multiples on it and, thus Outlook and other email.

I have left the sync disconnected from my Mac - yes, that means I manually create a new Contact between my devices, but it beats the alternative - but wit this disconnect, the last two updates to iOS and MacOS have not recreated the problem.

I've heard since others have had this same issue.

I don't have iCloud even enabled.
There are no duplications on the iPhone only on the Outlook client.

So the best suggestion is to leave the Contacts syncing disabled?

By the way, my Outlook mail client is running on Windows on my laptop.

Huh. 'User experience will vary', I guess. have you tried using Outlook's Settings > Help and Feedback > FAQ or Contact Support? I've used this (Contact Support) a couple of times - they're generally fast about getting back, and while they may say it's a 'known issue they are working on', I've also gotten a response back requesting more info because I've found unknown bug.
Doesn't help your situation - might make you feel better, or they might be able to put you onto a solution...

So, can anyone explain to me on how to add business contact details on iOS using the native phone contacts app?

I don't need the business owner name, only the name of the business and I have already owner's email.

Maybe I am entering the incorrect way as I mentioned above.

I generally just create a new contact with the company name in the Company Name field and then fill in any phone numbers and email addresses that I want and save that.
