Hi
I'm having trouble with saving duplicates in Preview.
I know this is a tricky area (https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/save-save-as-for-preview.2106260/#post-25853138) but I still don't get it.
I've opened an image, cropped it to 1920x1080, hit Cmd+Shift+S to create a duplicate, renamed the duplicate appending "_crop", then hit Cmd+S to save both.
Now...
In Finder, the ORIGINAL file is cropped and the DUPLICATE is not cropped.
But in Preview, the window containing the ORIGINAL image is NOT cropped, and the DUPLICATE is cropped!
Surely this is the wrong way around. Can someone please explain to me what is happening?
