Duplicate entries

Hi Experts
Couple of my users are facing issue on outlook for mac,i.e when user is sending meeting invite over outlook, it gets struck in outbox.The receiver is receives meeting invite, but sender sees duplicate entries on his calendar. please guide me on this.
