How can Linux installation discs be duplicated with OS X utilities? I tried Disk Copy, but I get an Internal Error when mounting the disc volume.

I've looked at it, but I won't spend $100 to get standard CD/DVD writing functionality. I just want to make a copy of one DVD and one CD-ROM so that I can distribute a copy of Linux.
