Good evening everyone
I’ve received my replacement iPad today, and it had dust under the screen.
went back to the store, and they gave me their last unit, which also had dust under the screen, so they canceled the replacement and I went back with the first replacement.

how common is this, my initial unit had no dust. how do I go beyond the process of just having to luck out
iPad Pro 2018. 12.9.

Document your findings and your downtime. If it happens again call them and politely discuss your frustration with them.

Went to the store. They had 2 replacements. They opened and found dead pixels in them too. What a riot
