DVD/DB copy software

LEAW Blu Ray copy software for mac is on sale for 31 dollars.

I was shopping for something to get past the pirate fear warnings. We watch movies instead of tv. So I have to look at that crap several times a day sometimes. Combine that with a clinical disrespect for authority and you have and unwise way to begin watching a movie.

Does anyone have experience with this or, other software?/hardware that does this? They describe one of the three copy methods as main movie.

I copied several DVDs years ago and it seems like Main Movie was the movie from start to end with nothing else before the movie.

I don't really know what they mean so I hope someone is familiar with this or other products that can leave out the threats from big biz in my living room.

I'm not familiar with that app. I use MakeMKV rip/conversion, then Handbrake to compress before transfer to an HD connected to my WDTV meada player.

That said, this post belongs in the Visual Media sub-forum.

I am not sure if the above is a typo, but I use MakeMKV and then Handbrake. This works for 99% of BRs and DVDs and strips out all of the crap. A few stubborn disks don't work with MakeMKV and I use AnyDVDHD for those first, then makeMKV, then HB.

Actually the iPad spell check did that. I must have typed it wrong at some point in the past and spell check remembered it.

No worries. I wasn't sure if makeMKE was some new application that I hadn't heard of. I take my media hoarding VERY seriously, so I thought that I should be up to date with all of this stuff.

I did forget to mention that AnyDVDHD is a Windows only application, so I use Bootcamp for it.
