My dad has a G4 450mhz AGP 768mb RAM, ATI Rage Pro 8mb card (AGP) runningOS X Panther 10.3.3 with a Pioneer DVD-RW A05, it plays DVDs fine and just now it starts to act weird. He played a DVD last week, he played the same one today and when he goes into full screen the image jitters around. Worst of all when you move the window around the movie stays in it's place but the DVD window turns to black (photoshoped example below). I don't know what is wrong. I'm going to try another DVD software player in the morning to see what's wrong. The disc is fine and this happens on multiple DVDs. Odd problem eh? Any ideas? Thanks :)

I had this happen to me. I don't know why that's happening, but I found that just restarting would fix it. Not exactly a good solution, but it worked.

I restarted the Mac and it still happened, I'll play around with it in a while. Thanks anyway! :D
