DVDFab10 Still working

Hi,

Since the last MacOS update (for the Root mess up), my DVDFab10 is not working. Is it just me or have Apple messed this up too?

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling?

I have tried that. Completely powered down everything. Tried different USB socket for DVD drive. Everything I could think of. The time remaining during rip counts down to zero, then jumps up to huge numbers and keeps climbing. I have contacted the app provider. Just waiting for them to get back to me. All was good before that emergency Apple patch.

DVDFab support got back to me. After deleting the profile I had been using ( which had stopped working) and then setting up a new one all works again. I guess the old profile got corrupted somehow.
