My only issue with this app is the buttons need to be larger and it would be nice if you could change the TV volume with it.

Sounds like a slingbox app for Dish Network will be out shortly. Though the iphone video makes it sound more like a remote for your Dish box and the ability to program your dvr from anywhere. I just signed up for the beta with the link below and it looks promising for programing your Dish dvr away from home.
