So I downloaded the new E-trade update and since I have an E-trade power account it gives me access to free CNBC video within the app. Now I thought this was just going to be random news videos but it turns out that its live broadcast videos. So I'm at work and I have CNBC in front of me on several tv's and I was pleasantly surprised to see the same exact thing playing on my iphone's screen. there's like a 10 second delay but the video quality was great. :D maybe a sign of things to come

FYI: I was on 3G the whole time.

I used it while in my car this morning and it froze up. I think was etrade's fault though because i had full 3 g signal. It is cool though.

I got my iphone 3gs a few days ago and haven't been able to put it down yet. :D

It was the built-in safety device which doesn't allow you to look at video content while driving that froze it. :D

I suggest it to ETrade a year ago...

I'm not going to brag, much, ( ) but almost a year ago I suggested to E*Trade that they add CNBC or Fox Business news updates to their Web site. I mentioned how it'd help provide a more complete coverage of the stock market in addition to the current market analysts they already use. Looks like they went with my recommendation!

I didn't specifically say, "I want live CNBC added to E*Trade Power Pro," so they certainly made it much cooler than I imagined it could be.

For what it's worth, I signed up for E*Trade and have been using them since they Wasted $2 Million Bucks on a Super Bowl ad-- which was hilarious, I might add. :D --since then, year over year, Etrade just keeps getting better. At least in my opinion, Etrade rocks!
