Is anyone having issues with an Iphone 11 Pro Max using 14.2 GM and the volume in the ear speaker is very low almost impossible to hear.

Apple isn't very helpful - suggesting I drop the Beta and go back to 14.1

i doubt that will make a difference.

Any ideas or thoughts?

Thanks

Tony

Turn the volume up. (Yeah, well, let's start with the obvious :) )

Hard-reboot the phone

Vacuum clean the ear speaker

I've not heard (excuse the pun) of anyone else with this issue. There is a problem with the volume controls though, whereby the speaker/playback and alert/ringer volumes sometimes change by themselves, or change to match the other one especially when "change with buttons" is enabled for the ringer in settings,

Clean the ear speaker grill, not with a vacuum cleaner though. Toothbrush.

I have the same issue with the public release of 14.2 as well on my 11 Pro Max. Volume at full, very quiet all of a sudden. Never had an issue before

Was this ever resolved for any of you?

Purchased a couple of 11 pro’s for my parents a couple weeks ago and now they are having the issue with volume too low at the EAR speaker.
