Hi guys I have problem with my old iMac. Its bit a strange problem and I found a very strange solution but this solution is very odd and not the right solution.

Here is the problem; if I shut down my iMac its never open again even SMC Reset 'cause there is no any power. I can start my iMac with odd way I disassembly iMac and change PRAM battery with new one then machine starts but when I shut down again it will not start again. In my area too much electric cut happening (3 times in a month) after this I am going to make all this process again.

I thought maybe my Power Supply is broken but if my power supply is broken how can I start my iMac every new PRAM battery?

Why am I suspicious from Power Supply here is why; After disassembly I put the cable again first led come back when I press the power button trigger the second Led and all Leds down again. As I mention before after replacement the PRAM battery when I press the power button all leds starts again and iMac boot normally.

Now I never close my iMac almost for a two months except general power cuts.

How should I found what is my problem? Its really annoying but I am grateful still can opening one way another :)
