Early '09 Mac Mini boot problem

I tried to do the bootcamp install of Windows XP SP3, and it failed for reason, not sure yet. Anyway, now the only way I can get my Mac to boot is to hold down the Option Key. Gives me a choice of the OS X hard drive or the OS X install DVD. However if I just turn it on and let it boot normal, it says not a bootable device.

Any suggestions.

When on OS X, open System Preferences -> Startup Disk -> Select your OS X partition and restart
