Early 2008 MacPro won't start

Hi, I have an Early 2008 MacPro 3,1 with 2: 2.8Ghz Intel processors, 28Gb memory. I press the start button and hear a low click, seconds later, an even fainter click then nothing. No lights come on at the power button press. I have changed the battery on the logic board, removed the power supply and dusted it out, re-seated display card. I swapped out the display card with the original ATI 2600 and get the same problem. What should I check out next? This machine was working fine three days ago when I shut it down.

Sounds like the power supply failed

Just replaced the power supply, and all is well again. You were right, jmiddel, - I appreciate your response to my post.
