Could it have anything to do with network loads? Bell/Telus just started their network - can't be nearly as many users on it as Rogers...

Best part is when you are in Saskatchewan you not only do you not get those blistering speeds, but you also get no network connection at all!

Rogers right now is finishing their HSPA+ roll out in the big cities in canada, which should give very similar results when done. The thing is as mentioned above is current load on the network, and with the Bellus network being very new, it has very few people on it so far.

The fact that the phone plans on all 4 networks are nearly identical is disappointing.
