Earpods button issue

Hello guys, i have a problem here with my phone, i'm using the earpods that came with my iphone 6S, they sound very well but sometimes the buttons (very rare) stop from working, all of them... after some presses they start to work again.

Anyone have the same issue?

I wont if i don't have a consistent answer, i already contacted apple via chat and they ran a diagnostic on my iphone, they checked that everything was normal but the discovered that i was in 9.2 beta 4 :x and i'm not a developer, so yeah... i will revert back to 9.1 and check if the problem persist.
