Hey there,
New on the forum but I've searched and searched for hours about this and everyone says something different. I was wanting to know if anyone can recommend a program that will rip bluray to apple tv easily and quickly if possible? I have a 2011 Mac mini i5 with 8gb ram and hate the waiting times. Winx works great for DVDs but it sucks using bluraytomkv and then handbrake which makes for a long process. Is there anything that will rip bluray straight to apple tv mpeg4 in a reasonable amount of time?

I use MakeMKV and HandBrake. They run on both Macs and PCs. I got frustrated by Apple's lack of an affordable "compute server" and built a PC for about $300 for this purpose. It can transcode a Blu-Ray at about 2X "real time". (A two hour Blu-Ray takes about an hour.)

I would have considered a Mini if they had a quad-core version.

Don't have windows on my machine and have read the one for automating the process. Just not what I was looking for. I'm willing to buy an application just looking for a one step process that doesn't take 3-4 hours from start to finish. Basically something just like Winx but for bluray. Only takes about 30-40 minutes per DVD.
