I am extremely annoyed having to refill online forms with the same data especially for things like monthly/re-occuring bills. Is there an easier way to do this?

Password managers are a bit finicky doing this, sometimes it works sometimes it does not. I heard Browsers can have autofil forms but I am not seeing it. All I am seeing is autofil address and autofill payment method. Sometimes the forms are asking for different things like IBAN number or SSN. I remember way back Safari had an option to save a form's fields and repopulate them in the future. I appreciate any help!

Note: sometimes this data is high security like bank pin codes so I'd rather have it encrypted or stored off the cloud.

you could setup something in keyboard maestro. a lo fi approach might be to use a clipboard manager that can handle a queue. write everthing out once in a file and the copy all items in order and paste. you won't be able to use autofill unless they are fields that are properly tagged, things like address and first name. if it's secure then clear the clipboard after. paste bot i think has this feature. there are other apps that do this. i think people have written workflows for alfred app that could handle this.

I will check if they can perform this trick. Thank you very much

I think the most uncomplicated way to do this is by setting up some shortcuts in the keyboard settings. If you go to settings - keyboard and there click the tab "text" you can add shortcuts that will be replaced by any text . For example if I type iiiban it will automatically replace iiiban with my actual iban number. You could do this for all the fields you have to fill out re-occuringly. Just make sure to pick shortcuts that you don't usually use in typing, because it will always be replaced system wide.

this is nice if you only have to retype one item, but the fact that some forms has like 10 fields is means you have to type the 10 fields again each time even in shortcut form

True. But it might still be the easiest solution. I would use shortcuts like ";1", ";2" and so on. Of course you would have to remember which shortcode does what. Autofill would be a lot better, but as you said, it just doesn't work reliable.
