Easiest way to change app icons

What would be the easiest way to change app icons? Do i have to use SSH or what? And what format to the images I want to use have to be in?

EDIT: Never mind. I worked it out. You do have to SSH it on

Another quick question though. Where would I be able to find the icons from Summerboard themes that I have installed?

Another quick question though. Where would I be able to find the icons from Summerboard themes that I have installed?

1. You could also use "DropCopy" and "MobileFinder," or AFP in place of SSH if you want.

2. The Images should be .png files.

3. The sumerboard themes are in folder:

/Library/Summerboard/Themes

The icons are in an "Icons" folder in there. And yes, Summerboard is the easiest way to mask the icons on your iPhone.
