easiest way to move apps around on iphone?

This has always been a problem for me and have not figured it out. I know how to move apps, but not where i want them to be. I find if VERY difficult to move an app over a few pages..... is there a way where i can organize them on itunes the way i want them and then sync?

Use the doc at the bottom. You can move 4 at time.
