iPod Easiest way to strip out ID3 metadata?

Hey guys,

does anyone know what the best free app is to remove information from the ID3 tags in song files? Or if there's a way to do this in iTunes?

Like "encoded with", "purchase date", "purchased by", etc.

I don't share my music with anyone, I just have ocd.

That and I'd rather my music not have my email address and full name in it, if it can be helped.
