Easiest way to transfer texts from iPhone to Android

I am back on Android and I would like to swap over my messages from my iPhone. I have a MacBook I can use to do this if needed

You need smart switch. Either load it on your computer or launch from the settings on your Android. There are many options and it will do as you want.

What about going the other way? "Move to IOS" doesn't work for me. Need to transfer the wifes android messages to her new iPhone.

I ended up factory resetting the Pixel and using the adapter that let me connect the phones with the cords and it worked fine
