Easy 'how to' tutorials for Apple Mail

Hi

I need a really basic 'how to use' online tutorial for Apple Mail, for an elderly Mac User.

They've previously used Entourage on an older Mac, but their new Mac has been set up to use Apple's Mail.

Their account has been set up, so it is sending and recieving mail OK. But they may just need some basic 'how to use' tips - really simple stuff, like 'how to read', 'how to send', 'how to reply' and so on… Perhaps also some other useful tips 'how to sort by date' or whatever.

They don't get on with video tutorials, so simple web pages with clear images preferably.

All the online stuff I've found seems geared towards iPads/iPhones etc, which will confuse them. They only use an iMac.

The manual provided by Apple is too complicated I suppose?
