Easy method to crossfade audio in FCP X

Hi,

I like to blend audio from consecutive clips after applying fades to all the audio tracks in the sequence. I now have to select all the video clips, hit expand audio, adjust volume>apply fades, and then drag the audio from each track into the clip next to it. Here is what I want to automate.

Is there a quicker way to have it so the audio dissolves to the next clip? I often have 30-40 clips and want a faster way.
