Is there a way to push a button or easily set Do Not Disturb without having to go into notifications and set up a time? I need to do some Zoom sessions at different days and times and would like a way to just stop FaceTime, Messages and Email notifications instantly.

Thanks

Ok, thanks for the replies. By default, at least on my Mac that option does not display. I need to swipe to reveal it...

When you click on Notification Center (upper right corner), I found that I needed to scroll up in the notifications window to reveal the DO NOT DISTURB option.
