Easy way to quickly switch between different email boxes?

I have two IMAP email accounts set up on my iphone (work and personal). Right now, it takes me 4 screen taps to go from on inbox to the other. Is there a way I can have icons for the separate inboxes (like on the Blackberry) so I can directly access the email account I want without going through all the screen taps?

As far as I know, there is still no solution available. A unified inbox like that found in Mac OS X's built-in Mail application would be much more convenient, and a welcome addition.

Or just forward a copy of email from one account to the main.
