iPod Easy way to update Playlists when songs are upgraded to iTune Plus versions?

Just upgraded some of my purchases to Plus format but while I can copy the tracks over, the playlists still play the old 128 kbps versions.

Anyone know a quick and easy way to update playlists to play the new versions?

Unless they're smart playlists, you'll have to add the new songs manually to each playlist where you want it.
