Anyone figure out how to get the ecg to work on Apple watches while running the iOS 13 beta? PB3 didn’t show any option to configure it, whereas though PB4 shows the option to set up, it states no ecg app is installed on the watch and clicking on install now fails to do anything.

Following this thread. I’m downloading Public beta 4 in hopes that it will gain the ECG setup screen on the Health app. What i did with my girlfriends phone (not on beta) was open the ECG app on the watch, which told me to continue the setup process on the health app on her phone. whole process took a couple of minutes.

I have the same issue as yourself “No ECG app installed”.

Am joining the club of PB4 users with Apple Watch 5.3 in Canada. Am getting same loop as John who started the post and Prey. Have tried several things with no success.....

The same bug was reported in the Developer Beta so it looks like we'll have to wait for the next release.
