iPhone 15 Pro Max Echo/Feedback while on a call

I've been having an issue lately with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Lots of times when I have a call on speakerphone, the person on the line says they can hear themselves when they're talking. This only happens when on speakerphone and in my car using the car's bluetooth. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Any ideas on how to fix/prevent it?
