Curious if anyone who has iOS 11 installed on iPad is able to try this out? I'm curious if you save an image of album art, if you can edit it in the music app via drag and drop? Also curious if album names and song titles are editable in iOS 11.

Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to test this for me.

The album cover doesnt appear to be a drop target (nor a selection source for that matter) for now. It’s an excellent use case you point out though. If covers and lyrics can be added thius way it will make a lot of people very happy!

I can only suggest you leave feedback/file a radar so it doesant get forgotten.

Darn! I thought it would be a solid implementation on their part. Maybe one day! Thanks for trying it out.

If Apple really want people to replace their computers with iPads its exactly the kind of thing they need to add. It fits elegantly into drag and drop paradigm and it would prevent one of those jolting moments where you suddenly realise you need to go back to a “real computer” to accomplish a task.
