EDIT: Sorry I entered "7.3.3", I meant "9.3.3".

I JB'd my 6+ using the Safari method when the tool was first released. Yesterday I noticed my cellular signal was unusually weak (one bar when I normally have four) and I couldn't connect to any websites via LTE. BTW, when I turn off LTE and connect with 3G my signal jumps. I uninstalled the tweaks I installed the past few days with no change. I restarted my phone to a non-JB state and the problem is still there.

Does this sound like a hardware or tower issue? Or are pieces and settings left behind from the JB even after restart that could be affecting my cellular signal? I'd restore and re-JB but I don't want to lose my 1 year developer license. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I haven't had any LTE problems after my 9.3.3 jailbreak

Something similar happened to me today. I had 3 bars of 4G in downtown LA when I would normally have LTE. But even with 4G I had no connectivity, no web or even SMS (didn't try a call). I did a respring, airplane on/off, but no change.

I then rebooted and immediately had LTE. Sent a few emails and texts, then ran Pangu, and back to 4G with no data.

Just to prove it was the JB to myself, I rebooted again, and back to LTE with no JB.

I'm back at home now and no issues now JB with LTE.

I will definitely try to reboot and remove the JB temporarily if I encounter a lack of data again.

Thanks for the recommendations. It did seem to be a localized LTE issue as I've reinstalled all my tweeks and my signal is back to normal. Thanks again for the input.

I had a lot of issues with WiFi and LTE and thought the jb was the reason....even went back to 10 Beta but went back to 9.3.3 jb.
Turns out the culprit was Opera VPN not completely shutting off even when it said it was off. Deleted it and all is well again.
