edit pdfs on iPad?

I know you guys probably don't know for sure. But I don't have an iPhone so I don't know what's in the app store. Is there an app that will let me highlight or edit pdfs? I want to use it on the iPad April 3.

My use is that I'll be in a fantasy baseball draft and would love to have something like the CBS Sportsline Draft kit pdf on my iPad and be able to scratch off or highlight who has been drafted. We have a laptop for everyone to use, but it would be for my own use during the draft.

So that's what I'm looking for.

There was an app featured on either Gizmodo or Engadet that allowed for PDF markup along with a ton of other note taking and mark up features. No Worries.
