After I published and shared a calendar with my daughter I realized she cannot edit any calendar item I add to my published calendar. Is it possible for her to edit the published calendar I created in iCal and that MobileMe is hosting? If so, how?

Thank you for looking.

Thank you swiftaw. When I right-click on the shared calendar in iCal 4.0.4 I see the following options:
Get Info
Publish
Unpublish
Send Publish Email
Copy URL to Clipboard
Refresh
Change location
Subscribe
Refresh All
Delete

Sorry, I meant to do it on the iCal that is 'hosting' the calendar, not the one that is sharing it.

Thank you again swiftaw.

I apologize in advance for this stupid question.

Ok, I went to my daughters iCal and right-click on the calendar I published and that appears under Subscriptions and I get the same results.

Which computer that contains iCal should I right-click on the published Calendar. Mine, hers or somewhere different?

On your computer, go to your calendar that you want your daughter to be able to see and edit, right click, and select Sharing Settings (assuming it is being shared already, or Share Calendar if not).

Then select the option for "Only the people you invite". This will allow those people to edit the shared calendar also.

Bingo!

I had been adding Calendar's locally, not in my Me.com account calendar.

The only question I have is that when I share a calendar and put in an email address it has a question mark to the left of the email address. What does that mean? How does the person who I am sharing the calendar with get notified that they have access to a shared calendar?

Thank you.
