Editing a site on Windows

So, I am developing a website using rapidweaver for a local non-profit.

My question was whether they can edit the html code after I leave, using a Windows program? My assumption is that html code created on a Mac is the same as on a Mac, right?

See I want to use my mac to create the website, but they will need to change content after I leave and will be using a Windows based machine.

Yes. HTML is html. You can edit it with any text editor.
