Hi
I am just wondering if anyone who is on EE broadband has run into the following issue…
When going to settings > your name > media & purchases > continue
I keep getting the following error…
Could Not Sign In
Authentication Failed
I have no troubles accessing iCloud etc… it’s just Apples media services that are effected (App stores, Apple Music, TV+ etc)

I have contacted Apple support and have tested this on 4G as well as a family members wifi and it logs in no problem, however it just won’t log in on my EE broadband whatsoever.
I also contacted EE who advised me to unplug my router for 20 mins and it’s still not working.
If anyone currently has this issue or have had it in the past please let me know any fixes you know of please.
