eek i've deleted all my bookmarks!

i deleted all the explorer bookmarks on my iphone and it's obviously synced with my pc and deleted everything on there! noooooo! any idea how i can get my bookmarks back and prevent future unwanted syncing?

umm when you delete everything and it syncs you can choose whether or not (if more than 5% of your bookmarks change) you want to keep the changes. Why'd you accept the change!?!

nope. You can't get them back. So sorry

make sure you have warnings turned on when you change more than X amount of data.
