EFI update and temps on mbp

It seems that after the update the temperatures rose by about 10C. Did anyone else notice this?

EDIT: This has nothing to do with temps, but I also noticed that after a restart mbp will not connect to my wifi automatically - I have to select my network from the airport menu. It is fine after sleep.
