How do I know if my EFI is updated or not? I don't know what is the most recent release. Mine is MP51.007F.B03 and I have a mid 2010 5,1 six core Mac Pro. Thanks!

EFI Updates are issued through Software Update. Easiest way is to run Software Update and make sure you're current.
