Ejecting CD's

I just got a new Macbook a few days ago. It's been absolutely perfect so far. The only thing that just slightly worries me is the sound it makes when ejecting a CD/DVD. It's a really sick sounding rev/click/snappish sound, but the disk always pops out just fine. Is this sound normal?

It's normal for all slot loading drives. Don't worry about it.
