Hi,
I've been in the OS X Public Beta program for some time, and it used to work great, however I haven't been able to access an update to 10.11 for at least the last 4 releases. When I run Software Update on my 2011 MBA, I consistently get "no updates" for El Cap. I've removed myself and re-signed up for the Apple seed Beta program a couple times (including re-installing the OSXElCapitanPublicBetaAccessUtility.dmg) but nothing seems to work. How can I reset to get the latest El Cap updates again? Many thanks for your help!

Try opening the AppStore app - go to "store" on the menu - sign out then sign back in again using the same AppleID you used to sign up for the public beta program.

If you are still on a beta of 10.11, you need to download the full OS X installer from the App Store and install from that.

Thanks, tried this, but only have one Apple ID, and it's confirmed on both.

I have received (and updated) at least one 10.11 update since installing 10.11, but you're suggesting reinstalling the 10.11 full installer off the App Store will allow me to start receiving beta updates again from Apple Seed?

Probably. What's the build number of 10.11 that you're running now?
